Repeat Prescriptions
We provide an efficient service of repeat prescriptions for our patients. Requests which are received before 10:30am will usually be dealt with within 2 working days, unless the clinician needs to contact the patient for various reasons.
Requests for repeat prescriptions will not be accepted over the telephone, unless there is a prior agreement with the patient. This is to protect patient confidentiality and the possibility of error.
Pharmacies can no longer send prescription requests on behalf of patients to the practice. Patients or an authorised representative need to request them via the methods listed below. Authorised representatives can be a member of your family, a friend or pharmacist of your choice.
